Benzema dominates Griezmann and Mbappe on social media

No French football player has more followers across social media than Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema

The 31-year-old, who is the 10th most followed player in the world, counts as many as 63.8 million fans on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Benzema comes before Paul Pogba (52.5m), Antoine Griezmann (43.1m) and Kylian Mbappe (41.4m).
The Paris Saint-Germain forward, however, has four million more admirers than Benzema on Instagram, with 35m in total.
Meanwhile, James Rodriguez is the most popular Real Madrid player on social media with 94.8 million fans, with Gareth Bale coming second with 88.7 million.
Sergio Ramos follows with 75.9 million, while Marcelo (73.9m) and Benzema complete the top five.

Legendary NBA player Kobe Bryant has died in a California helicopter crash, reports said Sunday. He was 41. Zika-Linked Cases of Microcephaly Rise in Brazil

The number of cases of microcephaly in Brazil associated with the Zika virus has risen to 4,863 —up from 4,690 a week ago. Confirmed cases of the virus reached 641, while suspected cases now total 4,222, Reuters reported on Wednesday morning, citing the Ministry of Health. The Zika epidemic—which is now spreading through the Americas and prompting a dedicated response from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention—is centered in Brazil.
